Diann Goetten, Counci I members Gabriel <br />Jabbour, Mary Butler and Edward Callahan. Mayor Barbara Peterson <br />was absent, the following -epresented the City staff: City <br />Administrator Ron Moorse, Public Works Director John Gerhardson, <br />Building & Zoning Administrator Jeanne Mabusth, Assistant Planning <br />and Zoning Administrator Michael Gaffron, City Attorney Kevin <br />Staunton, City Engineer Glenn Cook, Assistant Chief of Police Gary <br />Cheswlck, and City Recorder Teri Naab. Acting Mayor Goetten called <br />the meeting to order at 7:00 P.M. <br />(•1) CONSENT AGENDA <br />Butler added Items #3, 4, 5 and 7 and removed items si3 and 14. <br />Goetten removed Item #22. <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to approve the <br />Consent Agenda as amend#»d. Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />Motions for all Items adopted by consent agenda will be included <br />In the minutes in their respective numerical order. <br />(*•2) APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />It was moved by Butler, seconded by Callahan, to approve the <br />minutes of the regu I ar Counc i I meet i ngs held on July 1 3, 1992. Ayes <br />4, nays 0. <br />LMCO - JOELLEN HURR REPRESENTATIVE <br />Hurr a. %ed If any of the Counc i I Members planned to attend the <br />Public Officials’ Boat Tour on Saturday. <br />Hurr asked that a copy of the cou- t settlement regarding North <br />Shore Drive Marina bo submitted to the LMCO. She stated she has a <br />copy of the styrofoam orn nance. She noted that the LMCO is <br />concerned with more than ju»t styrofoam docks. <br />Jabbour noted he is expecting more scientific data on tne subject <br />and will pass it along to the LMCO. <br />Hurr noted that the Environment Conwnittea was <br />extension to respond on tn« K^iqnway 12 issue, <br />been adopted by the LMCO. <br />granted a one <br />ThIs response <br />day <br />has
