There <br />1® no way an addition could be constructed under the existing hard- <br />cover ordinance. This causes a hardship. In order to improve the <br />hardcover we would propose to reinove plastic sheeting of 740 sq. <br />ft. and resove and relocate outside of hardcover zone a screened <br />oacebo of 176 sq. ft. This would remove 916 sq. ft. from the <br />hardcover zone thus there would be a net reduction of hardcover <br />usage of 349 ft. in the 0-75 hardcover zone. <br />Our topography indicates that much of the drainage from affected <br />area is# was and will be away from directly draining to the lake. <br />Drainage takes a somewhat circuitous route to the SW and then <br />Sasterly to the lake. <br />Existing structure was built in 1971-2 before existing ordinance <br />was in effect. There have been no major structural alterations to <br />the house since that time except for a kitchen remodel in 1985 <br />which did not encroach beyond the existing building envelope.I <br />fr’■^1 _1 u <br />r
