i-' >■f <br />\I:' <br />f.. <br />IS" <br />■';i <br />f-i. <br />>;>• <br />'V <br />kf. <br />■t" <br />i <br />H- <br />f <br />,'»■ f-r-' <br />% <br />k <br />a;'I <br />'kr<W- <br />|:s <br />tesi. <br />A RBSOLDTION DETERMINING THAT THE PROPERTY AT <br />370 LEAP STREET SHALL BE ASSIGNED ONE SEWER DNIT <br />AS PART OF THE STUBBS BAY SisWBR PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipa] corporation <br />organized and exisving under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br />the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br />the Stubbs Bay area, within which the property at 370 Leaf Street <br />is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the property at 370 Leaf Street is located in <br />the RR-lB zoning district and consists of three individual <br />commonly-owned adjacent tax parcels identified by PINS numbers <br />04-117-23 23 0004, 04-117-23 23 0005, and 04-117-23 23 0006, also <br />known as that part of Lot 27, Auditor's Subdivision No. 230, <br />lying north of the south 175 feet thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, these three referenced tax parcels in total <br />contain an area of approximately l.'i acres, less than the 2.0 <br />acres required in the RR-IB zoning district tor a single building <br />site; and <br />WHEREAS, the three parcels !zs a group have been used in <br />the past and are currently considered by the City of Orono as a <br />single building site; and <br />WHEREAS, the existing residence is located primarily <br />on PIN number 04-117-23 23 0004. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Orono, Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed <br />and one sewer stub provided for this group of three parcels, said <br />ewer unit assessment to be levied againsat parcel 04 — 117 — 23 23 <br />C004. <br />Page 1 of 2
