W'r' <br />u <br />y*r'Kr <br />t <br />f* <br />k. <br />C4:. <br />>■■* <br />^lr.’ <br />‘ <br />1^Mjt <br />v^- <br />A RBSOLDTION DBTBRMIMING THAT THE PROPERTY AT <br />3865 BATSIOB ROAD SHALL BE ASSIGNED ONE SENER UNIT <br />AS PART OF THE STUBBS BAY SEWER PROJECT <br />WHEREASr the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHERSASf the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by <br />the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br />the Stubbs Bay area, within which the property at 3865 Bayside <br />Road is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the property at 3865 Bayside Road is locat»\'d <br />in the LR-IA zoning district and consists of two individual <br />commonly-owned adjacent tax parcels identified by PINS numbers 05 <br />117-23 23 0008 and 05-117-23 23 0010, also known respectively as <br />Lot 64, Auditor's Subdivision No.203, and that part of Lots 1, 2, <br />and 3, Block 1, Hillside Park, lying east of the west 291 feet <br />thereof; and <br />WHEREAS, these two referenced tax parcels in total <br />contain an area of approximately 1,8 acres, less than the 2.0 <br />acres required in the LR-IA zoning district for a single building <br />site; and <br />WHEREAS, the existing residence is located on PIN <br />number 05-117-23 23 0008. <br />HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />of Orono, Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed and one <br />sewer stub provided for this group of two parcels, said sewer <br />unit assessment to be levied against parcel 05-117-23 23 0008. <br />Page 1 of 2
