■V ' A :'Ki^*'r- <br />% <br />r <br />,?v. <br />r <br />?'■.T, <br />.■*•■■ <br />'i.Ui <br />Kr <br />A RBSOLDTIOH DETERMINING THAT THE PROPERTY AT <br />3770 BATSIDE ROAD SHALL BE ASSIGNED ONE SEWER <br />UNIT AS PART OF THE STUBBS BAT SEWER PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated by the <br />City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in the Stubbs <br />Bay area, within which the property at 3770 Bayside Road is located; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the property at 3770 Bayside Road is located in the <br />LR-lA zoning district and consists of four individual commonly owned <br />adjacent tax parcels identified by PIN numbers 05-117-23 24 0100, 05- <br />117-23 24 0101, 05-117-23 24 0102 and 05-117-23 24 0103, also known as <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Ottoville on Lake Minnetonka; and <br />WHEREAS, these four referenced tax parcels in total contain <br />an area of approximately 0.35 acres, less than the 2.0 acres required <br />in the LR-IA zoning district for a single building site; and <br />WHEREAS, the four parcels as a group have long been used and <br />are currently considered by the City of Orono as a single building <br />site; and <br />WHEREAS, the existing residence is located on PIN nximber 05- <br />117-23 24 0101. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed and one sewer stub <br />provided for this group of four parcels, said sewer unit assessment to <br />be levied against parcel 05-117-23 24 0101. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />ifi
