A,u ^V <br />r <br />k,. <br />:.- ‘ - <br />» '• <br />■>-u. <br />i' <br />I <br />I. <br />lb <br />^ . <br />(i- ' *=; <br />ft <br />sl <br />U <br />I <br />Wf <br />if'tet-.' -* <br />Jb"' <br />]4£uL^ <br />A RBSOLDTION DBTBRMINl.^G THAT THE PROPERTY AT <br />3382 BAYSIDE ROAD SHALL BE ASSIGNED ONE SEWER UNIT <br />AS PART OF THE STUBBS BAY SEWER PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Stubbs Bay Sewer Project was initiated uy <br />the City to solve existing on-site sewage treatment problems in <br />the Stubbs Bay area, within which the property at 3382 Bayside <br />Road is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the property at 3382 Bayside Road is located <br />in the LR-IA zoning district and consists of five individual <br />commonly-owned adjacent tax parcels identified by PINS numbers <br />05-117-23 14 0033, 05-117-23 14 0034, 05-117-2? 14 0035, 05-117- <br />23 14 0036, and 05-117-23 14 0037, also known as Lots 7, 8, 9, 10 <br />and 11, Block 5, Bayside Addition to Lake Minnetonka; and <br />WHEREAS, these five referenced tax parcels in total <br />contain an area of approxii.iately 0,92 acres, less than the 2,0 <br />acres required in the LR-IA zoning district for a single building <br />site; and <br />WHEREAS, the five parcels as a group have long been <br />used and are currently considered by the City of Orono as a <br />single building site; and <br />WHEREAS, the existing residence is located primarily on <br />PIN number 05-117-23 14 0035- <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Orono, Minnesota that one sewer unit will be assessed <br />and one sewer stub provided for this group of five parcels, said <br />sewer unit assessment tv be levied against parcel 05-117-23 14 <br />0035. <br />Page 1 of 2
