One sewer unit will be assessed to <br />the property and one sewer stub provided, however, providing this <br />sewer service does not m itself constitute granting of any <br />zoning variances which may be required nor or in the future to <br />permit construction on the lot which variances if applied for <br />sha 11 be reviewed on their own merits and circumstances at that <br />time. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota on this 10th day of August, 1992. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
