<br />question whether the Council would agree with and adopt such motion which was decided
<br />in the affirmative by the following vote:

<br />Pursuant to Sections 11.20(b-d) of the Council Rules and Section
<br />197-d(b)(3) of the New York City Charter, the Council hereby
<br />resolves that the actions of the City Planning Commission on
<br />Application Nos. C 240092 ZSQ, C 240094 ZSQ, C 240095 ZSQ and
<br />C 240058 MMQ (Willets Point Phase II) shall be subject to Council
<br />review. These items are related to Application No. N 240093 ZRQ.
