CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 7467 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT FOR SCHEDULING SOFTWARE <br />WHEREAS, the city of Orono is required by Minn. Stat. 471.89 to authorize contracts in <br />advance of performance. <br />WHEREAS, the city of Orono Fire Department identified a need for scheduling software for its <br />firefighters. <br />WHEREAS, the contract price of $3,039 annually and $800 one-time setup from Vector <br />Solutions, which Vector Solutions waived the one-time setup fee. <br />WHEREAS, the software benefits Orono residents. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the contract agreement is appropriate. <br />NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council approves the contract <br />with Vector Solutions. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held on April 8, 2024. <br />ATTEST:CITY OF ORONO <br />_____________________________________________________________________ <br />Christine Lusian, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor <br />55
