<br /> <br />We’d also like to note and request that both the septic permit approval (SE-22-000010 <br />dated 7/25/22) and subsequent field inspection and approval of the installation, be <br />considering factors in the acceptance of our request for the Encroachment Agreement. <br />While the septic drain fields are quite specific in their placement as determined by soil <br />borings and septic engineering, the septic tanks are often adjusted in the field for ‘best <br />placement’ allowing gravity flow with minimal piping runs between the house and drain <br />fields. Being that the tanks were installed within best practices and system efficiency, and <br />location reviewed ahead of installation, we believed we were in an acceptable location, and <br />since there would be no impacting surface water flow, percolation, or visibility. <br /> <br />I personally have visited with the Watershed at their office to review their awareness, <br />concerns and consideration of the placement of these tanks, including sharing the letter by <br />176
