Applicant does not <br />propose an expansion but just rebuxlding within existing envelope. No <br />changes in hardcover are proposed nor is the side setback to be <br />altered. <br />Bardebip Stat <br />Please refer to Exhibit A. The applicant notes the unsafe and <br />unsightly condition of the structure in its present state. The <br />residence purchased sometime in the 1940*s was constructed prior to <br />required setback standards and any additions since were completed <br />prior to the City's Shoreland Regulations were developed in 1973 <br />through 1975. <br />•V
