The <br />newsletter was to be published on an annual basis. In looking <br />ahead to the Fall and in thinking about the budget process and <br />the Truth In Taxation hearing, it would be helpful if the city <br />provided information to city residents to clarify the Truth In <br />pSi Taxation notices and to provide a brief overview of the proposed <br />itr 103 budget. This could be done as a one page flyer or as part of <br />a larger newsletter. This item is being brought to the Council's <br />attention at this time because of a request from the Cable <br />Commission to include their Fall newsletter in any mailings that <br />we might have that reach all city residents. <br />if"# ■ '■ <br />Three issues to be addressed regarding a <br />follows: <br />Fall newsletter are as <br />-1. <br />2. <br />Should the city have a Fall newsletter. <br />Should the Cable Commission newsletter be included <br />with the city's newsletter. <br />3. <br />P:, <br />if" <br />If the inclusion of the Cable newsletter with the <br />city's newsletter results in increased costs, should <br />those costs be paid by the Cable Commission? <br />Mmli <br />tf;■mi ■■■ . <br />, ■ ' ■ <br />-v’ <br />% <br />1 <br />i1 <br />,4 <br />i <br />1
