The <br />newsletter was to be published on an annual basis. In looking <br />ahead to the Fall and in thinking about the budget process and <br />the Truth In Taxation hearing, it would be helpful if the city <br />provided information to city residents to clarify the Truth In <br />pSi Taxation notices and to provide a brief overview of the proposed <br />itr 103 budget. This could be done as a one page flyer or as part of <br />a larger newsletter.
