Since then a number of property <br />owners have appealed the assessment amounts. Agreements have <br />been reached with a majority of those who appealed their <br />assessments. The Oxford and the Cygnet and Leaf area have both <br />agreed to a reduced assessment amount in exchange for providing <br />easements at no cost to the City. The Council has directed <br />similar agreements be worked out with the Bederwood and Bayside <br />North areas.
