Using the money for the actual assessment, wnich would require <br />an entire area to qualify for the use of the funds. He noted that <br />the dollar amount allocated to the City woul-< only pay for a couple <br />property assessments. <br />2. Using the funds for the cost of the sewer connection from the <br />lateral to the residence. <br />He noted that staff recommends the ^econd alternative. He said <br />that Council should determine if ey wish to use 1992 or 1993 <br />funds or both. <br />4 <br />■■■}. <br />ji
