She felt It was better to instal I Quick growing <br />vegetation on the n^wly installed slopes to prevent further <br />erosion. <br />Jabbour stated that Butler's concern was preventative measures to <br />ensure the other trees wouldn’t die. <br />Nelson noted that the trees provide privacy for the pool area and <br />he Is very concerned about maintaining the existing vegetation. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten. to a'lopt Resolution <br />•3137 for Application #1739 for Albin Nelson. 500 Oxford Road, <br />approving a conditional use permit to allow filling in excess of <br />100 cubic yards.
