She felt It was better to instal I Quick growing <br />vegetation on the n^wly installed slopes to prevent further <br />erosion. <br />Jabbour stated that Butler's concern was preventative measures to <br />ensure the other trees wouldn’t die. <br />Nelson noted that the trees provide privacy for the pool area and <br />he Is very concerned about maintaining the existing vegetation. <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Goetten. to a'lopt Resolution <br />•3137 for Application #1739 for Albin Nelson. 500 Oxford Road, <br />approving a conditional use permit to allow filling in excess of <br />100 cubic yards. Ayes 3. nays 0. <br />(••) *1741 MOONEY i SHARON BATZLAFF, <br />Ills BNONN ROAO SOUTH - <br />yANlANCfi - RESOLUTION •3138 <br />Mr. Batzlaff was present. <br />Moorse explained that this application involves a requeet for a <br />variance to construct a detached garage to be placed in the front <br />••tback area and within 23* of the right-of-way. <br />Nabusth noted that the applicants have agreed to move the shed In <br />the rear yard that encroached the north side of the property line. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Mayor Peterson, to adopt <br />Raeoiutlon CSISB for Application ei74i for Rodney and Sharon <br />Batzlaff of 1119 Brown Road South, approving variances to construct <br />a detached garage in the front yard setback area.
