The CAFR is for inclusion <br />on the July 13th agenda for Council review and acceptance. If Council <br />should have questions for the auditor, a representative of Malloy, <br />Karnowski, Radosevich h Co. will be available to be at a subsequent <br />Counci1 meeting. <br />I would request that Council accept the annual financial report and <br />indicate if the auditor should be at a following Council meeting. <br />Proposed Kocion: Moved by seconded by to <br />approve the Independent Auditor's Report as presented in the <br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Reporw for the year ended December 31, <br />1991. <br />Motion: Ayes Nayes <br />■ } <br />r • 'i.- '
