CITY OF ORONO <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> tiF�q 11(L) <br /> ��` No. 64 07 <br /> KEsxo� <br /> and if damaged or removed a replacement tree of a size and species approved by City <br /> staff shall be planted. <br /> 4. Fencing or other positive safety barriers shall be permanently placed above the retaining <br /> walls that surround the lower parking area. <br /> 5. Applicants and their contractors shall be vigilant in ensuring construction activity does <br /> not impair other shared driveway and Crystal Bay Road users. Applicants and their <br /> contractors must maintain access for the other users of the shared driveway. <br /> 6. The City shall inspect the shared driveway prior to commencement of home <br /> demolition/construction to establish a baseline condition for comparison after <br /> construction is complete. Any damage to the shared driveway caused by the construction <br /> process shall be rectified by the Applicants. <br /> 7. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the property not with the Applicants, but <br /> are permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a building permit for the new <br /> home. A framing inspection must be completed for the home within one year of the date <br /> of Council approval, or the variances and CUP granted herein will expire on that date <br /> (June 9, 2015). <br /> 8. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of this resolution <br /> shall constitute a violation of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any authority <br /> granted herein, and shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 9.
