Upon application for a building permit for Parcel A or <br />combined Parcels B and C, the following must be <br />provided: <br />a. Applicant shall make payment to the City for a <br />$225.00 sewer unit and SAC fee payment. <br />b. Provide soil testing information for proposed <br />residential conctruction.
