Found carpenters working on gazebo on <br />lakeshore. New foundation ahd 4 new corner suppor <br />posts were installed. The garage slab forms were <br />in place. We explained to the carpenters that they <br />were in violation of City ordinances and the building <br />code because they were working within 75' of the lane <br />without a building permit. A stop work order was <br />posted and they were informed they were to stop work on <br />the gazebo and the garage. <br />The homeo ler Bill Miller came <br />thing in tne morining. I spoke to hiir. about the <br />for variances to continue work on the gazebo ana <br />hardcover problems relating to the garage. I soon <br />brought Jeanne Mabusth and Michael Gaffron into t e <br />conversation# and it was made very clear to M^r. Miller <br />that variances would be reguired to work on the gaze o. <br />Michael "affron requested photo's ci the gazebo. <br />I arrived on site# I found the lower section o^^^® <br />gazebo had been completed# stud walls# siding and a <br />door had been installed.
