(a«2, 364) APPROVAL OF MINUTES It was movad by Jabbour, sacondad by Butlar, to approva tha minutas of the regular meeting of the Orono Council held on May 11, 1992; tha minutas of the Reconvened Board of Review meeting held on May 11, 1992; and tha minutas of tha Stubbs Bay Assessment Hearing held on May 4, 1992. Ayas 5, nays 0. LMCO REPRESENTATIVE’S COMMENTS JoEMen Hurr was present and noted tha next Board maating of tha LMCO will ba held on Wednesday, May 27, 1992. She noted tha LMCO has aatabllshad a subcommittee to study tha sale of non-fuel Itams from docks. Goattan expressed concern that food wrappers may and up In tha I aka. Hur*- stated that the Water Patrol has made four arrests to data for BWIs. She reported that a subcommittee mat on May 9, 1992 to discuss water structures and Is recommending denial of the request of Forest Arms residents to redesign their docks. Callahan noted the charter boats ware discussed at tha May 18th meeting. sJ
