GITYofORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _________ <br />A RBSOLDTION DIRECTING THE <br />CITY ENGINEER TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION <br />OF LEAF STREET <br />WHEREAS* the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS* the City of Orono has within its boundaries <br />certain streets that are considered Municipal State Aid streets <br />(MSA); and <br />WHEREAS* Leaf Street from Bayside Road to Water Tower <br />Road is designated in the MSA system and is in need of an upgrade <br />to 9 ton axle weight and MSA street standards. <br />NOW* THEREFORE* BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Council <br />does hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications for that section of Leaf Street. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held this 8th day of June, 1992. <br />ATTEST : <br />Dorothy M.
