I CITY <br />I^3RONO <br />City of ORON [ <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCt <br />NO.829 <br />A RESOLOTION GRANTING <br />A RENEWAL VARIANCE TO <br />MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.23, SUBDIVISION 6 (B) <br />FILE #1540 <br />W3EREAS, Ronald and Julie Prineas (hereinafter "the <br />and <br />legally described as follows; <br />Per Exhibit "lA" <br />and <br />attached (hereinafter "the property")? <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have applied to the ® <br />renewal of variances granted in 1989 per Resolution #2^50 to <br />width 30- where a defined lot width of 200' is normally required <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE -T RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Orono, Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1540. <br />2. The property is located in the LR-IA Single Family <br />La)ceshore Residential Zoning District. <br />3. The Orono Planning Commission originally reviewed <br />application #1410 on May 15, 1989, and recommended approval <br />of the proposed variance based upon the following findings; <br />A) The lot area exceeds t.he minimum 2.0 dry buildable <br />acre requirement. <br />B) A feasible building envelope exists in addition to <br />primary and alternate drainfield sites which have bee. <br />‘■*-8ted and approved for use. <br />vi The hardship to the property lies in its <br />available for purchase that would increase the defined <br />lot width to the 200* minimum standard. <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />i
