ORDINANCE NO. SECOND SERIES An ordinance to amend the Municipal Zoning Code of 0-:ono by tedescribing the legal descriptions of certain properties within the BK-IA and LR-IA Zoning Districts of the City. The City Council of the City of Orono Ordains; The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is amended by adding Ordinance No. 33 » Second Series: Section 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Orono is amended by amending the official Zoning Map and Zoning Use District Boundaries for certain properties within the Northwest Quarter of Section 5, Township 117, Range 23 located within the RR-IA and LR-IA Zoning Districts as follows: RR-IA - Commencing at the Northwest corner of the City of Orono: thence Easterly along the North line of the Corporate Limits to the interaction o'^ the North line and the center line of Wayzata Boulevard! thence Southeasterly along the center Boulevard to the center line of Wayzata Boulevard ® Road; thence Southwesterly along the center 1^ to its intersection with the center line ^^e Luce Line^^ fhence Northwesterly along the center line of the Luce Line x..ail t the Westerly line of the Riedel 1 Company Stubbs Bay Addition thence Southerly along said line 283.68 feet; thence Westerly - feet parallel with the Northerly line of Section 5; thence parellel with the West line of Section 5 t° the center line of Lad; thence Westerly and Southerly along the center line Road to the Corporate Limits of the City of Orono; thence Northerly along said Corporate Limits to the point of beginning. LR-IA - The following described property in Cections 2, 4, 5' 9, 10T"!1 , 15, 16, Township 117, and Sections 25, 26, 35, and 36, Township 118, Range 23; All of the South 1/2 of Seccion 2 lying Southerly of the Burlingtor. Northern Railroad EXCEPT that which is within the City of Wayza. . That part of the South 1/2 of Section 4 lying Westerly and Southerly of County Road No. 84. All that part of the south 1/2 of Section 5, Township 117, lying easterly of Stubbs Bay, Northerly of Northeasterly of the channel between Stubbs Bay and Max'well y.
