application, applicants shall provide a copy of a fully executed <br />access easement and covenant amendment confirming that Lot 1 will <br />share in the cost of maintenance and upkeep of Landmark Drive. <br />2. Applicants shall execute a special lot combination recognizing the <br />relationship of Outlot A with proposed Lot 1 as they are to be <br />considered as one residential unit and sold as one. No <br />residential accessory structure shall be allowed to be built on <br />Outlot A. <br />3. Applicants shall execute special lot combination recognizing Lot <br />2 and Outlot B as one unit. The agreement shal 1 reflect Outlot B <br />provides riparian use and access exclusively for Lot 2 and that <br />there shall be no parking either temporary or permanent of <br />vehicles on this limited site and that Outlot B shall continue to <br />provide riparian access to homestead portion of property on Lot <br />2. <br />4. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one <br />(1) copy reduced to 1"»200'.
