Resolution No. 697 <br />• <br />RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH REQUIREMENTS <br />TO BE FULFILLED BY SUPER VALU STORES, <br />INC., IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A BUILDING <br />PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF A BUILDING ON THE PROPERTY OWNED <br />BY SUPER VALU STORES, INC. IN NAVARRE <br />WHEREAS, Super Valu Stores, Inc. has applied for a <br />building permit to build a building on the property owned by <br />Super Valu Stores, Inc. in Navarre, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is concerned about the location <br />and size of the building and pursuant to the Zoning Code has <br />the duty to review any commercial construction in the City of <br />Orono. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: <br />The City of Orono grants the necessary building permit to <br />Super Valu Stores, Inc. pursuant to the following provisions: <br />1. That the provisions of the resolution concerning the <br />• grading permit be fulfilled by Super Valu Stores, Inc. <br />2. Prior to the construction of the building, Super Valu <br />Stores, Inc. agrees to sign any and all documents as provided by <br />the other resolutions previously submitted by the city and agreed <br />to by Super Valu Stores, Inc., and specifically paragraph 4 of <br />the resolution dated July 26, 1976. <br />3. The construction of the building shall be pursuant <br />to the site plan and elevation plan dated , 1976, <br />and submitted to the council at the council meeting on July 26, <br />1976. Any modifications thereof must be approved by the City <br />Council. <br />4. Nothing in this resolution in any way changes or <br />modifies what was previously adopted by the City of Orono con- <br />cerning the development of this property. <br />The foregoing resolution was adopted by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono by a vote of 3 ayes and 0 nays on July 26, 1976. <br />Robert L.
