(oq- 6 <br />"A RESOLUTION APPROVING T1 IE: REG1S11RED LAND SURVI";1' # <br />M <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHFREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopte•i subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development'of land within the <br />City; and , <br />UMPNEAS, the City Council has considered the application for a sub- <br />division plat for the Kelly Avenue Holding Company by Daniel T. Lindsay; <br />NOW, UEREFORE:, BE IT RESOUED, that the City Council .of the City of <br />Orono hereby approves the plat for the Kelly Avenue Bolding Company, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, subject to the lurk Dedication Fee being paid. <br />This resolution will. ex-pirc on December 1, 1076, if the a.=oresai:l <br />subdivision plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Register of Deeds. <br />In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with '-tic Cit;, of <br />Orono for subdivision approval. <br />Dated this day of 1976. <br />Robert L.
