RESOLUTION N0. 685 <br />"A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. it <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted sub- <br />division regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the city; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for a <br />subdivision plat for Registered Land Survey No. by Hildur Hollander; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat for Registered Land Survey No. , <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the Park Dedication Fee being aid <br />and compliance with the following recommendations of the Hennepin, County <br />Public Works Department: <br />1. Dedicate an additional 10 feet of right of way for a total <br />of 50 feet from and along the centerline of CSAR 6. <br />2. Access from the plat to CSAH 6 should be limited to Spring <br />Hill Road on the west and the access easement on the east. <br />Direct access to CSAR 6 should be discouraged. <br />3. Any new access to the County Road will require an entrance <br />permit. Entrance permits can be obtained from our Traffic <br />Section. <br />4. All proposed construction or alterations, including drainage <br />revisions, within County right of way must be approved by <br />the Maintenance Section, Hennepin County Department of Public <br />Works. <br />This resolution will expire on December 1, 1976 if the aforesaid <br />subdivision plat has not been filed with the Hennepin County Register of <br />Deeds. In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with <br />the City of Orono for subdivision approval. <br />Dated this 24 day of May , 1976. <br />ATTEST: <br />Walter R.
