RESOLUTION NO. 6 82 <br />"A RESOLUTION APPROVING TIIE REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. if <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized <br />and existing under the laws of th_- State of Minnesota; and <br />UTIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted sub- <br />division regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of <br />land within the city; and <br />WI-IEPEAS, the City Council has considered the application. for a <br />subdivision plat for Registered Land Survey No. by Kenneth Oien; <br />NOW, II-IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City <br />of Orono hereby approves the plat for Registered -Land Survey No. , <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the Park Dedication Fee being paid. <br />This resolution will expire on December 1, 1976 if the aforesaid <br />subdivision plat has not been filed witli the Hennepin County Register <br />of Deeds.
