The City Council is granting this conditional use permit based upon the representations by the applicant that there are no plans to construct or locate any buildings on the properties in the future except as above set forth and based upon the representations by the applicant that it is very impor- tant that the city grant this conditional use permit at this time because of scheduling conflicts the applicant has with its students. 5. Any conditional use permit granted hereby is for one year only and the applicant shall terminate all use of the property pursuant to the terms of this conditional use permit one year from the date hereof; any further use shall be subject to the Orono Zoning Code. 6. The applicant and the property owner acknowledge that they have no vested rights to continue this operation beyond one year without first applying for and acquiring from the City of Orono any of the necessary permits for such a continuation. 7. This conditional use shall apply to approximately three acres which the applicant is proposing to lease from the Orono Public Schools and shall apply to approximately 22 acres that the applicant proposes to lease from Mrs. Emma Gardner in the City of Orono. • This resolution was adopted by a vote of five ayes and 0 nays at the regularly scheduled council meeting of May 10, 1976, and is subject to the signing hereof by the applicant and the property owner.
