They have concurred with all of <br />the recooBMndations of the Orono staff and in addition would ask <br />that erosion control be shown on the final plans and that <br />spillway areas must also add riprap to the down side of the <br />spillway in order to limit further erosion. Staff will contact <br />the Watershed office on the 26th to verify final confirmation <br />that the Watershed District did indeed act on the application. <br />Applicant was cautioned by Comnission members that Council <br />may not choose to act on the application until the Watershed <br />District had formally approved the permit. Please note the <br />application has been scheduled for Council's review at the May <br />26th meeting at the specific request of the applicant, review <br />Exhibit D. <br />The enclosed resolution has been drafted per the unanimous <br />approval of the Planning Commission based on the findings and <br />conditions set forth in the staff memo and as set forth in the <br />City Engineer's report.
