Park Dedication <br />The Park Commission shall review the 2-lot subdivision to <br />determine if portions of the land will be suitable for <br />acquisition by City for park or trail use. If the City has <br />no interest in acquiring lands, the City will ask for a cash <br />payment in lieu of land. At that point the property will be <br />referred to the City Assessor to determine the value of the <br />undeveloped land. The Park Dedication Fee would be based on <br />the value of 8% of the undeveloped land.
