Staff recommends approval, pending receipt of a <br />coirectly completed permit application form, it was moved by <br />Manager Love, seconded by Manager Maple, that the application be <br />approved, with the permit to be issued upon receipt of a completed <br />application form satisfactory to staff. Upon vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />92-50. Llovd Sioel — Installation of 110 lineal feet of <br />ran shoreline erosion protection. Lake Minnetonka. Deenhaven. <br />It was moved by Manager Love, seconded by Manager Maple, tliat <br />the application be approved, based upon staff approval, with the <br />permit to be issued upon receipt of those items set forth in <br />staff's report, in a form and substance satisfactory to staff. <br />Upon vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />92-51. Robert E. Laslcv — Installation of 160 lineal feet of <br />rip ran shoreline erosion protection. Lake Minnetonka. City of <br />It was moved by Manager Love, seconded by Manager Erickson, <br />that the application be approved, based upon staff's <br />recommendation, with the permit to be issued upon receipt by <br />of those items :>et forth in staff's report, in a form and <br />substance acceptable to staff. Upon vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />92-43. Bover Building Corn. — Stormwater Management Plan V.nr <br />a 12-unit townhouse development in the City of Shorewood. <br />Staff reported that this matter was referred from the <br />Violations Committee. Construction occurred on the site without <br />permit being issued by the District. Applicants now request a <br />permit and seek to address District concerns raised by that <br />construction. Dale Campbell and Todd McLoath, engineers for the <br />applicants, were present to answer questions. <br />Staff recommended approval of the permit, pending receipt of <br />Rule J fees and the requested letter from the Hennepin County <br />Regional Railroad Authority concerning maintenance of the pond. <br />It was moved by Manager Love, seconded by Manager LaBounty, that <br />the application be approved, with the permit to be issued upon <br />receipt of the items as set forth by staff, including payment of <br />Rule J fees, with the items to be in a form and substance <br />acceptable to staff. Upon vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />92-48. Howard Eisinoer — Stormwater management plan for <br />10.000 cubic yards of fill on an <br />abandoned landfill site in the City of Orono. <br />It was moved by Manager Love, seconded by Manager Maple, to <br />table the application, based on recommendation of staff.
