Gerhardson <br />May 14, 1992 <br />Temporary Employment - Parks % <br />%9 <br />Each year it is necessary to employ temporary park maintenance helpers <br />for maintenance of City parks and City grounds. <br />We have advertised for and received applications for the positions. <br />After review of the applications, it is my recommendation to employ <br />Mr. John Heuer, 5625 Bush Road in Mound as a temporary park <br />maintenance helper at an hourly rate of $7.50 per hour effective May <br />18, 1992. <br />It la also recommended that a performance and salary review will be <br />conducted after thirty days of employment at which time the hourly <br />rate will increase to $8.00 per hour upon a favorable performance <br />review. <br />ch <br />V <br />1 <br />K <br />ii
