• <br />t� <br />i�L�SOLUTION79 <br />Member, welsh <br />following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />, offered the <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono , <br />has received from the County of Hennepin, a list of lands in said municipal- <br />ity which became the property of the State of Minnesota, for non-payment of <br />1967 real estate taxes, which said list has been designated as Classification <br />List No. 650-C and <br />WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has heretofore been <br />classified by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />as non -conservation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized <br />by said Board of County Commissioners: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification by said Board of <br />County Commissioners of each parcel of land described in said list as non - <br />conservation land be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of <br />each such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved. <br />The City of Orono would like withheld from sale Navarre Heights <br />42740/5525 to be added on to present park. <br />The question was on the adoption of the Resolution and the roll being <br />called, there were 4 YEAS and 0 NAYS,°as follows: <br />Resolution adopted. <br />ATTEST:/s/ Walter R.
