The Hennepin County 199S <br />evaluation notice is only #24,100. This assessment equals 70% of the <br />value which I believe to be totally unfair. <br />lot <br />In discussing this with Harlen Olson and Mike Gaffron, they indicated <br />that if I could show the council that this is a buildable lot meeting all <br />the setbacks without a sewer this lot should have the same assessment as <br />all the other lots on Cygnet Place. <br />The attached layout shows my proposed home located on the lot within the <br />100 foot (DNR) setback from the water and 30 feet from the street. <br />Notice there is space for two alternate drainfield sites. <br />IM .0^' S' <br />Based on this X contest that this lot was perfectly buildable without <br />seesr therefore it should be considered as benefitting only to the same <br />degree as currently developed lots. <br />Sincerely, <br />iSilf Gregory J.
