He noted they are now dIscussIng a long <br />term lease at a higher lease rate which wi1 I reimburse the City for <br />improvemonts. <br />Mayor Peterson asked the length of the potential lease. <br />Moorse reported they are looking at 5 years. <br />It was moved by Mayor Peterson, secondei by Goetten, to approve the <br />ilnutry sewVr connection for 1355 Brown Road South, and the <br />pSymJHJ of fees in the amount of $1,760 to »e taken from the <br />General Funds Special Projects Contingency Account.
