He <br />stated the Planning Commission wanted the options and deadiines in <br />writing. <br />Jabbour suggested a six month leeway after the completion of the <br />new residence. <br />Mabusth said that would be fine as <br />covers that period of time. <br />long as the letter of credit <br />It was moved by Jabbour, seconded by Butler, to adopt Resolution <br />#3120 for Application #1730 for Greg Malik of 3060 Sixth Avenue <br />North for prelImlnary subdivision approval, based on the appileant <br />either razing the existing residence or capping the well to locate <br />two septic system sites on the property within six months of <br />Issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the new residence. <br />Ayes 4, nays 0. <br />MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORT <br />A) Jabbour referred to the editorial pubiished in the Sailor <br />Newspaper* He stated at the last Counci I meeting, he announced the <br />meeting to be held on Thursday in an effort to resolve <br />disagreements with Long Lake. Ho was upset with the mls-quotes of <br />the Mayor, He noted the Council Is very concerned with following <br />the required process. <br />Qoetten asked prior to the meeting if there had been proper notice. <br />Mayor Peterson pointed cut a published opinion also in that same <br />newspaper. <br />B) Butler asked when Public Works would be cleaning up parks and <br />fixing pot holes. <br />Mayor Peterson asked when the pile of debris coilected from Clean <br />up Days would be removed. She suggested they re-evaluate the <br />process for clean-up days. <br />Gerhardson noted some of the Increase may be due to the lack of <br />burning permits Issued and noted permits have been restricted by <br />the PCA and because of the additional work load for the pol ice <br />department. <br />1i <br />A
