PIP# 04-117-23 23 0017, stated the <br />1992 valuation Is $157,500, which was a $5,000 increase. He felt <br />the valuation should be the same as last year. <br />Erickson noted they would review the property <br />Charles Schoen. 2430 North Shore Drive, PIPS 09-1 17-23 41 0009^. <br />Indicated that the 1991 valuation was $1 10,000 and the 1992 <br />valuation is $121,200 which is a lOX increase. He noted the <br />property Is a wooded, swamp area along North Shore Drive, and <br />because of the recently adopted shoreland regulations, he has lost <br />approximately 15516 of his land due to the Increased setback <br />requIrements. <br />Callahan noted the regulations were not adopted at the time the <br />valuation was established. <br />Erickson stated the property could be classified as secondary <br />homestead, and felt If there was one buiIdable lot on the property <br />It would be worth three times the amount of the valuation. He <br />stated ho would review the property. <br />Gabriel Jabbour. 985 Tonkawa Road. PIP# 08-117-23 21 0016, said his <br />valuation Increased $7,000 and asked the assessor to re-evaluate <br />the property. <br />Erickson noted that the rates of several factors used In valuing <br />homes were Increased on the top two qualIty grades of homes within <br />the City. <br />Mayor Peterson noted the letters submitted in I leu of attendance: <br />Richard A.
