The <br />various policies and objectives are detailed in the <br />environmental Protection and Management chapter starting on <br />page 45. <br />All agencies have now been provided copies of the Management <br />Plan, although not all individuals within an agency. We ask <br />^|lQ09 individuals who do not have a Management Plan in their <br />possession to secure a copy from the department which has it. <br />Our office can assist in identifying those departments. <br />fe-The enclosed agenda outlines the forecast and <br />responsibilities detailed for the years ahead to January, <br />1994. While that seems quite distant, preparing the data <br />called for entails early preparation. <br />Please plan to be represented by a person you or your <br />ogency/city would designate if you will not be the person to <br />participate.
