My property meets all <br />-low density and I respectfully request the City reconsider <br />the decision to add sewer benefits to my property. In <br />addition, if necessary, this will become a <br />in the courts if the city management does not feel <br />every justification to reconsider their position. I would <br />welcLe an amicable solution, but the city management <br />unilateral position to date does not hold out much hope, <br />not like taking such a strong position, but ieel the posi lo <br />taken by the city is grossly unfair. <br />A written response is requested. <br />Respectfully, <br />s-' <br />H.
