The drawing shall be updated each year to show <br />all existing facilities, all changes from the previous <br />season, and any changes proposed for the duration of the <br />current application. <br />2.A DETAILED LANDSCAPE PLAN for all setback ar^as showing <br />existing and proposed location and sizes of all trees, <br />shrubbery, grass areas and other foliage or landscaping <br />features. <br />3. <br />4. <br />A copy of your LMCD LICENSE APPLICATION. <br />A COMMERCIAL MARINA LICENSE APPLICATION FEE according to the <br />current City fee schedule. <br />Initial Application § $300.00 <br />Renewal Application @ $200.00 <br />Each Boat Unit (Line 12) § $2.00/ea <br />Each Boat Unit (Line 13) @ $1.00/ea <br />IGO.OO:s.oo <br />TOTAL DUE THIS APPLICATION 4:^.00 <br />5.LATE FEES - Renewals - Applications for renewal of licenses <br />shall be made no later than April 1st of the new license <br />r year. The City shall not accept renewal licen^ <br />aoplicatfoni receiveH after April 1st unless the application <br />is accompanied by a late fee of $50♦00. <br />REVIEW PROCEDURE <br />When a complete^application is received, this information will be <br />referred to the Marina Committee for review. The City Council <br />will review the Marina Committee recommendation and will <br />thereafter pass upon the application. <br />THE MARINA MAY OPEN FOR PUBLIC USE ONLY UPON APPROVAL OP THE <br />LICENSE BY THE CITY COUNCIL. <br />Pursuant to Section 5.42 of the Orono Municipal Code, the <br />applicant hereby requests the Orono City Council to review this <br />Marina License application, and agrees and authorizes the City of <br />Orono and the City's designate employees or agents to enter upon <br />the marina c>Mperty at any reasonable time to perform safety and <br />code compiriknce^/ inMectidhsv^ yf / ! / <br />Signed Date
