Staff has not enforced the <br />Ordinance based on earlier comments questioning this Code provi­ <br />sion. He asked if staff should send a letter to the marinas <br />advising them the Ordinance does not allow such dock sales while <br />the subject is under review. Foster did not agree with writing a <br />letter. Grathwol suggested looking at the matter before taking <br />any action. <br />MOTION: Babcock moved, Grathwol seconded, to recommend that <br />the current Ordinance regarding sales be enforced for 1992. <br />It was suggested it would be inappropriate to begin enforce­ <br />ment at this time without a review. <br />MOTION: Foster moved, Grathwol seconded, to table the <br />discussion. <br />VOTE: Motion carried unanimously. <br />Ad j o u r nme n t <br />Rascop moV( <br />miv .. journed.
