Over—Flight of Lake and Photography Opportunity <br />The executive director reported an opportunity is available <br />to do an aerial car/trailer count on April IH during the Holiday- <br />Johnson Crappie Tournament. David Dotzenroth, a private pilot, <br />has offered his services and tlie use of his airplane at an $85 <br />hourly rate to make a photographic survey of the lake accesses. <br />Strommen would participate as the ptjo l og i a phe r . 'I'hc overall <br />project cost would not be in excess of $300. Strommen will also <br />look into acquiring more suitable camera equipment lor the task. <br />MOTION: Grathwol moved, Foster seconded, to authorize <br />arrangements for an over-flight ol the Lake and photographic <br />survey of accesses as detailed by the executive director. <br />VOTE: Motion carried unanimously. <br />D. Board Workshop <br />April 25 , 1992 has been tentatively set as the date for a <br />full Board workshop. The executive director said the idea he <br />suggests would be to secure a consultant to present a program on <br />team building. The cost of a professional presenter could range <br />from $500 to $1500. An orientation program for the board members <br />would follow. An indication from the members as to the kind of <br />things they would like to discuss would be solicited in a mailed <br />survey. <br />Boswinkel suggested the presentation should include the <br />background and the history of the LMCD. <br />Carlson said he would not be enthusiastic about spending <br />$1500. Rascop believes there are issues that the members should <br />discuss.
