'V' ■'k<- :■•>:•« <br />s?:.'K <br />k‘:;: <br />'k- >■ <br />i' <br />% <br />%‘kJ <br />»i <br />:.-v■fiy" <br />& <br />A RESOLOTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREET <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and City Staff have <br />recommended to the City Council the City of Orono, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, that cl.c streets hereinafter described should <br />be designated as Municipal State Aid Streets under the provisions <br />of Minnesota Law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Crono, Hennepin County, Minnesota, that the streets <br />described as follows, to-wit: <br />HSA N0.STREET FROM <br />109 Leaf Street Bayside Road <br />(County Road 84) <br />Watertown Road <br />110 Ferndale Road Trunk Highway 12 C.S.A.H. No. 6 <br />be, and hereby* are established, located and designated as <br />Municipal State Aid streets of said City, subject to the approval <br />of the Commissioner of **ansportation of the State of Minnasrta <br />BE IT FURTHER .x .jSOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby <br />authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this <br />resolution to the Commissioner of 'iransportation for his <br />consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of <br />said road, the same be constructed, improved and maintained as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Orono to be numbered <br />and known as a Municipal State Aid Street as indicated above. <br />Adopted this 27tr day of April, 1992. <br />ATTEST:Barbara A.
