McCurdy was further <br />advised that Council would allow 60 d lys for him to submit an <br />updated survey in order to complete the variance and building <br />permit review (April 10, 1992). McCurdy submitted to the City an <br />updated survey and hardcover inventory on March 31, 1992. The <br />application has been rescheduled for further action by the <br />Council.
