I-fcr <br />I <br />A RBSOLOTION GRANTING <br />EXTENSION OP THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL <br />FOR THE 3-LOT PLAT LOCATED AT <br />115 OU> CRYST7VL BAY ROAD <br />FILE NO. 1521 <br />NHEREASf on January 14, 1991, the City Council of the City <br />of Orono adopted Resolution #2918 granting preliminary approval of a <br />plat proposed by applicant, Stephen Lombardozzi, involving the <br />property located at 115 Old Crystal Bay Road; and <br />WHEREAS* the effective period of preliminary plat approval <br />expires one year after the adoption of Resolution #2918, such <br />expiration date being January 14, 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has advised Council that he is unable <br />to fulfill the conditions of preliminary plat approval until the issue <br />of the option of a southern bypass for the Highway 12 improvement is <br />resolved; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has demonstrated a substantial <br />financial commitment during the review of the preliminary subdivision <br />application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Orono, the effective period of preliminary plat approval for <br />Stephen Lombardozzi's proposed 3-lot plat involving the property <br />located at 115 Old Crystal Bay Road and as approved per the conditions <br />of Resolution #2918 originally adopted January 14, 1991, is hereby <br />extended to January 14, 1993. <br />Page 1 of 2
