|c <br />•ii';.- ■ <br />l‘f <br />I;S' <br />pv <br />V. <br />.. :r <br />. >:•*. ! <br />Vr-i, <br />I <br />Stf-v <br />IT"'RII[. <br />V ■■^■ <br />r. . <br />f <br />R <br />m <br />§' <br />City of ORONO <br />CITY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF <br />ORONO <br />NO.Q I 4 <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OP A <br />PLAT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 115 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD NORTH <br />FILE NO. 1521 <br />WHEREAS f Stephen Lombardozzi (hereinafter ’’the <br />applicant") on March 28, 1990 filed a formal subdivision <br />application with the City for approval of a three lot residential <br />plat of a property legally described as follows: <br />The north 16 rods of the south 3/4 of the southeast 1/4 of <br />the southwest 1/4 of Section 33, Township 118, Range 23, <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota, (hereinafter "the property") <br />and ; <br />WHEREAS, after due published and mailed notice in <br />accordance with Minnesota Statues 462.358 et. seq. and the City <br />of Orono Zoning and Subdivision Codes, the Orono Planning <br />Commission held a public hearing on May 21 1990 at which times <br />all persons desiring to be heard concerning this application were <br />given the opportunity to speak thereon; and <br />WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on October 22, <br />1990 the Orono City Council considered the subdivision <br />application of the applicant, noting the following findings of <br />fact; <br />1. The property is located within the RR-IB Single Family <br />Rural Residential Zoning District requiring a minimum of 2 <br />acres of contiguous dry buildable land within each newly <br />created lot. <br />2. The property contains a total of approximately 8.04 <br />acres. All of which is considered dry buildable lands. <br />3. The proposed plat contains three lots each exceeding the <br />2.0 acre minimum lot area requirement. <br />4. All three lots have been found to have adequate and <br />suitable area for both principal and alternate on site <br />sewage treatment systems meeting all requirements of the on <br />site sewage treatment code of the City. <br />5. All lots have been planned so that each lot can be <br />developed with residential structures meeting all required <br />setbacks of the zoning district. <br />f Page 1 of 4 <br />ih
