As with Mr. Carlson's subdivision, <br />the proposed southern corridors have a major impact on his 3-lot <br />subdivision. He asks for a year extension. <br />Review Exhibit B -* Note park dedication fee was based on <br />former schedule. Your approval of an extension of preliminary <br />subdivision approval will also include approval of the park fee <br />as set forth in Resolution #2918. The new Shoreland Regulations <br />have no impact on the property. <br />Options of Action <br />To approve applicant's request for an extension of <br />preliminary subdivision approval for one year, subject to the <br />findings set forth in the enclosed approval resolution.
