The pond has been underlain with plastic* and <br />the awale and landscaping that was done around the pond are <br />underlain with fabric. The purpose of the pond is to resolve an <br />ongoing drainage problem. Tne Planning Commisaio . had <br />reconnended that the clastic under the pond and the crushed <br />rocJt/wood chips with underlying fabric remain. The fabric under <br />tho J.and3capinc in the lakeshore yard should be removed. <br />Mr, and .Mrs. Nelson had no questions concerning this <br />application and stated that they were in full agreeaient with the <br />roconmendations and conditions of the Planning Commissicn. <br />It was moved b/ Councilaember Hetties, seconded by <br />Councilmeaber Callahar. to adopt Resolution *2534. This had been reviewed twice by t.he Planning <br />CoasLisaxon. It was their recommendation that three issues be <br />considered with the approval ol' this application.
