Mr. <br />Eiainger asked that the special schedule adopted in the earlier <br />reviews for trucks bringing fill to site be waived. The Planning <br />Commission advised applicant that all the safety controls developed <br />with the original conditional use permit would still be required for <br />the current application. <br />The Planning Commission voted unanimous approval of the <br />conditional use permit as amended that would now limit fill to 10,000 <br />cubic yards.
